Partners in Mission: Reading and Reflection group 

Wednesday evenings, May 28 to June 18 

Would you like a more caring, compassionate, and friendly Church?  One where Jesus, Our Lord and Saviour, is our mentor and the gospels are our roadmap along our pilgrim way leading to God’s heavenly kingdom?  If these ideas excite you, join us to build a mission-driven community at St. Basil’s, where we support and accompany one another as we live the Gospel.   

We invite you to participate in a 5-week series that involves reading the book Divine Renovation: Bringing Your Parish from Maintenance to Mission (Mallon, 2014) and reflecting on how the invitations from the book might lead to a renewal of mission at our parish. Each session will include prayer, small groups in the style of “Conversation in the Spirit” (synodal process), and large group discussion. Sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings: May 28 from 6-8:30pm; June 4, June 11, June 18 from 7-8:30pm; and June 25 from 6-8:30pm. Please sign up by May 16.
